This show is hotter than Justin Trudeau.

It is also our second selection that is a VIDEO SELECTION

Also, you guys all know this one, and everyone will love hearing it again.

Listen to the audio! Get drunk on Victoria Day and put the video on yer Chromecast!

Here is what rocketsan said about their choice.
1998-07-07 - Something On From Much Music

Showcasing the songs for the release of Phantom Power, some longtime set favourites are new and full of life for their first live TV performance. Camp Trillium Benefit show that is full of great energy.
We will have a special selection for June-August. Will post details this summer about our next selection process.

Until then

Keep Hip and Have Fun.

*Spoilers below**

It's been a while since I've blasted this. Used to carry this show around in my CD Wallet.

Then I finally got this bad boy on DVD from a B&P one day.

And now. 2017.
click click click (...of the fingernail clippers) and its on my TV blasting from my speakers.

This is a great way to spend Preds pre-game.

I already have shivers. This is one of those shows that I would always recommend as a launch pad to get into Hip recordings.

01 - Poets
02 - Something On (We had a date)
03 - Bobcaygeon
04 - Thompson Girl (This song I about.... ...uh.... I dunno)
05 - Fireworks (You know how we like to write nothin' but hockey songs? Well... here's a hockey song)
06 - Vapour Trails (THIS ISN'T SUPPOSED TO MIRROR SOCIETY!)
07 - At The Hundredth Meridian (Everyone stays in their car)
08 - Membership (For Johnny; it's his birthday!)
09 - Ahead By A Century
10 - Escape Is At Hand For The Travellin' Man
11 - New Orleans Is Sinking (That was for Ricky Wellington)
12 - (...That's very nice, but do you know this one?) Grace, Too
Encore Break.... Sorry we took so long, we were just doing cocaine....
13 - CROWD SURFING WENT OUT WITH ACID WASH Springtime In Vienna
14 - Lilllilllilllillllillllilllilillilililililililittle bonnnes

---
11/10 set.

I even have a memory of leaving my CD of this in Lance's car after Maritime Hipbase Road Trip 2007. I never got it back. That bastard.

This was the third Hip bootleg I acquired, after Roxy and Glastonbury & Elsewhere (a mono version CDr of Hockey Songs with annoying pauses between songs). I've since upgraded to the stereo version from the archive. I listened to this so much back in the day and listening again has been a real pleasure. It's a shame Emperor Penguin and Chagrin Falls weren't played as well. Love Gord's slight mess up during Poets with the lyrics going into the 'bare breasted women' line. I had just started playing with a garage band at the time and it was refreshing to hear that pro bands could F things up a little too. lol
