I'm in the same boat, and would really appreciate another way to download. I don't know if any of these capture the entire opening, but I'd be really interested to see that. Apparently I was in the opening credits, caught on site at Toronto #2! I'd also like to see the part before they came on stage. I don't know if anyone is interested in video I took of the first encore, but the audio is pretty good (it's mainly my recorded audio, but with a bit of the CBC sound blended in to provide a bit of clarity on the bass guitar and vocals), and while I didn't get any close-up shots, it does a pretty good job of capturing my view from the lonely end of the rink.

By the sounds of those cheers, you wern't too lonely. I was way at the back in Winnipeg too. Sucks after you've been near the front at other shows.
