bloody hell fire what a freakin show
they played three new songs, of which I liked the third the most
opener was one of the new ones
twist rocked as gord begged each of the boys 'cmon play the bridge again, that's my favorite part! robby, paul, cmon play the bridge again!'
classic night. sam opened as i thought and rocked the house.
just one encore of three songs
no grace but maybe & threat were awesome
nautical is as solid as ever
setlist (in no order)
fully, 100th, bobC, m@w, nola, fireworks, fever, poets, nashville
encore was we'll go too/weaken/bones
add nautical, twist, maybe, threat & 3 new ones = 19 songs, which was most of the setlist, if not all of it
gotta hit the sack - sasquatch here we come!

And more importantly, what was your first impression of the new songs? Are they rockers like No Threat, or slower, more mellow tracks like New Maybe? Did the guys mention anything about new album release dates or their progress in the studio? Did you get to meet them after?joshwayy wrote:<------------- envious
Here are my questions...in no particular order of course.
How did they sound?
Any rants?
MAv...will any of the new songs be heard as a song of the day perhaps?
Does Rob still have long hair?
Did Gord D join the hair club for men?
Does Rob have his mullet back?
I could go on and on...
