Nope, My GF and I will be there as well. ($216 for 35 minutes). I bought before the LV show was announced or I would have bagged it altogether as I am not a fan of The Who. I really think this was a bad decision by the promoters. I just don't see the link, music style, age group or otherwise. IMHO: Can't envision the 50+ year old Who crowd getting The Hip.

We'll be in Vagas too. looking forward to that show...

im jumping on a plane and will meet you outside after the hip! i saw the who in toronto and there was 5 kids under 12 in the first row ...and they definately got it! heres a picture-http://picasaweb.google.com/BIGVDOGG/Th ... 4277323842 As for a link between the two bands. How about if there was NO Who there would be NO Hip.to me this is ticket abuse(lol) Do youself a favour and stay.after listening to both bands tell me there is no relation\connection.p.s-alot of hip fans are 50+ and The Who are from Shepperds Bush! Long Live Rock!

I dont know whether to get excited about seeing the hip tonight. Weird. I know i'm gonna have to go to Vegas and / or LA to get my fix. No sound check before the WHO I would guess. Not sure what to expect.

The Show was really cool. I heard a few hip fans complaining about the short opening set after the show. BUt, The HIp were great and the crowd showed their appreciation. There were more people in their seats for the HIp than i expected.

NOIS
Ocean
In View
Sprintime
Fully
Bobcaygeon
Blow
Fire in the HOle.

The Who put on a great show. It was loud and the sound was really good. About 2 hours 20 minutes for the Who. I was impressed. Roger's voice is shot but they were fun.
