Take the train from 30th St Station to AC. It's like $20 roundtrip.

I got to there shortly after 11am and was 3rd in line. I think the torrential downpour may have kept some people away, because it took awhile for it to fill up. Cool little venue, even had a bar in the back. Even at that time of the day Gordie was full of energy, and as you all know they sounded great. Can't wait to get home and download this! Got Gordie's setlist without even fighting for it.

I was talking to one of the guys in front of me before the show and he had barely heard of the Hip before, but he goes to the free shows almost every week. Saw him again afterwards and he was extrememly impressed and asked me what cd's he needed to get next (they were selling WC there). So hopefully they got some additional new fans today.

Saw all the guys afterwards and had a brief chat. Then off to Atlantic City and I ended up following the crew bus into town. Just getting ready to leave for the House of Blues. 2 Hip shows in one day, can't beat it! :D
