So I'm wondering... do you think we'll hear some beginnings of new material at the Maritime shows? The boys have a bit of July, all of August and a bit of Sept off to bat around some new ideas. And we all know that Gord is ALWAYS writing.... and it's around this time every year that the boys are gearing up to go back to the studio for the winter...... food for thought.

I doubt we will hear any "new material" but definetly the "beginnings" of. I'm guessing if you listen to some rants at the end of some songs, we'll hear the beginning of some new stuff for the next cd. I just threw in the Ottawa 2004 Livedownload show, and it was nice to hear the beginnings of "Fly" at the end of Boots or Hearts. I'm sure Gord's got something cooking up in the brain.

We've probably allready heard some "beginnings" and just don't know it yet.
And damn, i'm pumped for these shows as well.
I think getting there will be half the fun! Well, maybe not half the fun...but enjoyable nonetheless.

Daryl, you'll have to join the four of us in pre-show libations... anyone else is welcome as well... we'll have to come up with a spot to meet b4 the show.

dolans pub is your best bet. if it is a nice night, they have a great patio.

you could walk up the hill, but it would be easier to grab a cab. it would only cost $5

Yes, we are taking Lance's car that morning, catching the show, and driving back right after. I think.
