Setlist, in order:
01: Yer Not The Ocean
02: Twist My Arm
03: Grace, Too
04: Lake Fever (wanna be your stars of Muskoka...)
05: The Drop Off
06: Daredevil (12 minutes of awesome!)
07: Inevitability Of Death
08: Gift Shop
09: Last Of The Unplucked Gems (extended intro)
10: World Container
11: Family Band
12: Blow At High Dough
13: Wheat Kings
14: The Kids Don't Get It
15: Three Pistols
16: The Lonely End Of The Rink
Encore
17: In View
18: Ahead By A Century
19: My Music At Work
The balcony was for VIPs only.
The floor filled up slowly, and front row access was easy until about 8:45. The band took the stage around 9:20. Absolutely no issues getting in - minimal line (30 people) at 7:30. Only about 50 people inside when we got in. (Maybe 100... but it looked nearly empty.)
Lots of booze consumed, and we watched more than a few drunks get carried out. Post show there was a pretty good COPS-style take down, complete with pepper spray, (and some crying).
Post-show highlight of the night:
Girl walks up to police who have resisting arrest drunk in cuffs and asks, "Is there anything I can do to help? I've got a place for him to stay."
Cops: "So do we."

If it weren't so bloody far from Toronto I would gladly go again tonight as it was a great show in a really cool venue.

If I was a little more saavy with my camera I would have a picture to post of the setlist but apparently that wasn't the case last night.
Nice show! Great time with the guys! I'll leave the details for everyone else.
Sarah: nice to meet you! Sorry I couldn't stay and chat but I was being hassled by a security guard for "no professional lenses" which was a first last night. Maybe next time!

It didn't seem like 12 minutes but it was a great version of the song! Chris would know as he was taping and would have the numbers to refer to!Tthip wrote:Damn, 12 minutes really? Cool!chris wrote: 06: Inevitability Of Death (12 minutes of awesome!)
*EDIT: And look, he got a post in before I did!

My "12 minutes of awesome" was supposed to be beside DD, not IOD. I've corrected it (and the setlist) so it makes more sense now...trevor wrote:no, there is something wrong here because they played an instrumental version of hiccups BEFORE daredevil (which is not on Chris's setlist by the way...)hotmetal401 wrote:An instrumental Hiccups, or full on with lyrics? And in front of IOD? That's unique
