Wow, I wonder when the last time (if ever) they ended a show with Fully.
I wish they would do stuff out of the ordinary more often - like when they opened with Fire In The Hole.
OK - back to reviews.

Nice!
Judging by that entire setlist, they closed out Europe in style.

kick ass show.

was first in line, first in the venue and front and centre... i needed to finish off my eurohiptour in style.

the band didn't disappoint. probably the best set-list of the tour. thugs sounded amazing. fiddlers green was a huge surprise. even giftshop and don't wake daddy were surprises and sounded wicked.

the encore was changed to luv sic, fireworks, fully... unconventional but cool.

after the sing along in courage gord d. came over to me and my buddy, gave some encouraging words to my friend and then grabbed my hand and thanked us both... we must've been singing loud... and probably terribly... something to remember for sure.

... what the f**k am i going to do with myself now that there's no hip show every other night? bum around europe i guess... it won't be the same.

great to get to know the europe hipbase crew and can't wait to see and hear all the recordings... this tour is seriously going to f**k up my ratio on the tracker.

hopefully at some point in the next little bit i'll have some time to sit down and write something about my experience during the tour.

... till then,
mike.

I was just emailed with an update to the setlist in that they played Fireworks in place of Something On.

Maybe they decided to hold Something On for the SF show next week...

(crosses fingers)

wow, I don't even care about what other songs were played, the fact that they played Thugs automatically makes it the best setlist in a long time. They could play New Orleans is Sinking 19 times and then play Thugs and it would be an awesome show just because of that. Sadly I have yet to see it performed live.

Well in the 9 shows I've seen them, they've played it twice. One of the "rare" tunes they play that I've seen a fair amount. And then I've only heard Escape once, and that is a tune that is regularly in their rotation (and my favourite tune)....

Wow, Gosh, I had a great time.

Never went to TTH, it was my first time but I like them immediately.

I actually have a question..
I'm the girl that owns Gordon's first handkerchief and the girl who he took the ring from. But my question is, has anyone made/have a picture where he had my hand, the handkerchief or my ring on a picture?

I hope so because then I would be very pleased!

Thank you so much.
