Looking for some b-sides

It has been a few years since I collected some b-sides, rarities, etc. from - I think the Hip Tracker? I can't remember now but I'm still short a couple of tracks. Would anyone be able to share:

Skeleton Park
Hush
Times Are Passing Us By (demo?) (not the version on the Greer demo tape, it's a little slower, for some reason I only have a minute of this version)
Times Are Passing Us By (sounds like a studio version of this is around?)
Night Is For Getting
Greer Demo (as individual MP3s - to avoid me ripping the YouTube video and splitting into individual tracks).
