I thought I'd sign up to the board and post my YouTube vids from the Saturday Victoria BC show, but I see someone's already decided to post my vids... Well, more are up and more are on the way. Did you record the entire show? If so, are you interested/able to share it in full res - aka DVD, not YouTube? We have a Hip community bit torrent site: www.thehiptracker.com

I was only able to record about an hour's worth of footage. That's all I could fit on my 16gig sdhc card. Stupid Canon and their crappy motion-jpeg compression.

The audio is from my friend Mark's Zoom H2 audio recorder. I believe he posted the entire show recording to thehiptracker. So yeah, I replaced the distorted audio from my camera with his recording, synced it up and added a slate to the front end of songs to fill in the black holes I didn't record because I was too slow to hit record.

Frozen in My Tracks - hasn't yet spoken to me from the disc, but my God, live it was incredible. He got the crowd to sing the 'Whoaa Ohhhh' part and they willingly obliged. The Drepression Suite and The Last Recluse are both killer imo, and live they were even better.

Agreed. Those three tunes are hands down the best live songs from the new record. Frozen in My Tracks is absolutely ferocious in concert, and I love the crowd sing-a-long during the chorus.

I also agree that FIMT is killer live...a killer song altogether, really....but I still have a sharp distaste for the "Whooooa Ohhhhh"s....and i really don't know why.

The lead riff during the verses is awesome...and i love how Gord gets growly when the drama builds during the choruses
