Staying at the old Marx Hotel. Anyone know of a good place to go before the show. I'll have a minor with me so that might put a crimp in the pregame plans.

Armory Square has a bunch of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Dinosaur BBQ is excellent but not always the best idea before a show. The Blue Tusk is right around the corner, and has almost 100 beers on tap - http://www.bluetusk.com/default.asp. Empire Brewing Company is good and in the area as well.

tI finally just g ot tickets t othe show, 2 for 140 but 9 rows back. I wa suppose to see them on west but that did not happen. what the hell is with them only playing 18 songs the past 2 shows whev every other show has been 25 songs> i have seen them 5 times this tour and all have been 25 songs, this would be bullshit of they do not to that for thos show again, we all paid the same amount of money and should get the same type of show at all the rest ot the tour, plus this is the last stop on the north american tour so I would think it would be a little extra special, but latley that does not seem to mean anything to the guys, as if where pearl jam the last show is always like 4 hours and yea. I do not mean to put down the band they are by far my favorite and syracuse will be my 30th show, but ill be pissed if i paid 140 not to stay in tune with all the rest of the shows, and im from buffalo and driving up there. well still looking foward to the show, hope it turns out good.

I think you won't go away dissapointed tonight. They are always amasing when they come here.I'm hoping to get my camcord and still camera in tonight.I have to get one of my computer wiz buddies to show me how to get these things up on the site,to share with you guys.I really enjoy the ones you guys post on here, and you tube.I'm really excited about tonight, show 5 of this tour for me.But sad to know it will be close to 2 years before we get to see them again.I really look forward to going out to see them, and hang out with people we always meet in the crowd and around the venues.Anybody plan on hitting any bars before the show?Armory square has a few near the Landmark.I think i'm going to PJ Dorseys and then head to the show about 7:30 and a quick stop at the van.Beer lines take awhile at the Landmark,so plan accordingly,so you do'nt miss the start of the show.

Amazing how much a great crowd can bring to a show. Great energy. Great set. Great acoustic songs. Great party before hand....just a great way to end the tour!

That show was INCREDIBLE. They were on fire right from the start. The boys were loving it the whole night - Robby was already grooving across the stage early in the first set!

I couldn't have asked for a better show to close my WATS touring spree. I got Gems, got a smile from Robby at the beginning of Courage, had Gord right in front of me during Meridian, got the best show I've seen since the Danforth Music Hall show and met some pretty cool people.

Lots of pics to come later.

My first Hip show and I was blown away. Went with some folks that have seen them several times and they claim it ranks up there among the best they've seen. Gord was incredible, the entire band tight. Great song selection of new and old. Got a lot of comments on my Trailer Park Boys Ricky 420 Hockey jersey!

Great show! This was my 5th of the WATS tour, and the most I've ever seen Gord go into the crowd in 13 shows! I loved his rants during 100th Meridian, especially introducing his "twin!" lol It was also great hearing "Last of the Unplucked Gems" (did anyone else think it was a long intro for 'Grace, too'? I was thrown off when he started singing!) The boys seemed to be having a genuinely good time- just wish we could have gotten 'Yawning' (which I kept missing by a show or two on this tour!!)

Jno- great meeting you last night; hope to see you down the road at another show!
