One more thing I forgot, the new songs are amazing live. I especially love the first five songs on the record so I was happy to hear those last night. Another reason I hope this tour extends into next year is that these songs deserve to be played more live, not dropped from the setlist like a lot of other album tracks from the past 15 years.

The guys seemed really relaxed. Like nothing was forced, they were comfortable up there. I think that is the best I've ever heard Gordie sound...less dancing around and such maybe he can focus on singing better. And ditto about the new songs...WOW...We Want to Be It was killer, as was Transformation.

Also, super-props to the sound man and the VOLUME level. It was not loud at all, I didn't need my earplugs like I do at every other show I go to. I could talk to people beside me...a lower volume level like that just makes it more pleasant to listen to. When it's cranked up, it's hard to hear the finer points, or whatever it is Gordie is trying to say. Beautiful!

Not really looking forward to MTS Centre show in January, where people sit down and twiddle their thumbs for two hours...seeing it with our fellow hardcores in such a small venue (less than 1000 by my seat count?) was such a treat.
