How do you know "Bruce" was Bruce McCulloch?

the line he says in the song "The love you're given will pour right through your hand, if you don't know who you are." is from Bruce's book, "Let's Start a Riot"

Just a fantastic show in Vancouver #2. One of the best Hip shows I've been to in a long time. The setlist has been awesome for every show so far. Gord sounds so much better then he did on the past couple of tours, and the boys are rocking as always. We are truly blessed that the boys have graced us with this tour! Don't Wake Daddy, Puttin Down, Yawning and Snarling all in the same setlist? WOW! I'm hoping to catch another show on this tour but if not, then I can rest easy, knowing that The Hip laid out all they had for their fans! Courage for Gord, his family and the band!

Only three words left to say.

THANK YOU HIP!!!!!

For the ticket lottery I put In Sarnia in as my favorite song - I was pretty jacked when they added it to the MMP set

after spending much of the day off in north van and driving around my old neighborhood feeling like i was in the back to the future 2

it was time for the middle show for me, maybe enjoyed this one the most, knowing there was still one more to see, not being overly sad etc..

we met my cousin sheldon at the pint and watched josh donaldson walk off win the jays, made the short walk to the venue, so much excitement in the air, turned out our seats were a little closer than the night before and along robbie's side in the bowl again

they walk up on stage BOOM courage, whole place is bouncing right away, was really glad to hear in sarnia that night, lots of emotions in the words and even in the guitar riffs, the crowd is very LOUD again, just roaring, i try to capture a few songs on my phone, just after i put it away after getting toronto # 4 they start playin putting down! wow love that one

the day for night songs turn into henhouse songs, i start calculating what could be left in store for us, the encores had me in the happiest of tears, specifically fiddler's green & three pistols, 2 songs i never thought id hear live.

we linger a little bit in our seats after the show, watching ppl's happy but sad faces leave the venue, it's time to go, one more sleep and on thru the mountains to edmonton, i never want to forget these few days.
