I registered here looking to find a particular topic I was hoping was already discussed. I have been a member here years ago, I didn't know my old username to log in.

Well anyways, where is the search box? Button? The rules state to please search before posting about stuff, but I must be blind because I can't find where to search.

Top right of page, between FAQ and Members.

This is what I see

5 posts are required to unlock member features.

Some features may be locked until ten posts are made.
This was enacted to cut down a huge spam abuse problem there was.

Since I tend to be a lurker on forums, would there be any issue with me making 3 more useless posts here so I can use search and download torrents (I seed 24/7)?

Thanks for the update on the Search function. I've been a Hip fan since before their first EP came out. Got a handful of decent boots in my collection, but hunting specifically for the 4/06/90 Misty Moon, Halifax show. I had the VHS (! ha...remember those!??) and at one point I dug the show so much I ran an audio to cassette. Years later I transferred to CD, and I still play it every once and a while. But ever time I do I think to myself there must be a pristine copy of this out there someplace!? Been hunting on the net here for a bit, and coming up with didley. So I signed up here in hopes of tripping across it sooner or later.
Just listening to the 1989 CFNY show on the cans here - now that is pretty sweet!
