Actively refused...

I am not totally computer illiterate, but I am having trouble with SmartFTP. I've been downloading off the FTP's for a while, but recently it's been giving me this "Cannot accept because you have been actively refused" message. Is this because the server is full, or because I have been banned for something? I'm just confused ( not unusual ) and am just curious.

Might mean that the FTP is not responding or turned off.

Some FTP clients report in that manner. It does not mean you are banned but in most cases the server is either down or is full. Try again later
