Can anyone who has any of the Hip DVDs from pre-2002 (the ones that were transfered from vhs) comment on the audio quality. I find the audio on the vhs transfers extremely poor (with a annoying amount of hiss) - so bad in fact that those shows are almost unlistenable. Most of the 2003 shows are quite good - I think they were all master tapes with no vhs lineage?
Aside from all the DVDs that Peter Padjen put together - are there any other Hip DVDs that were created from someone else?

Excellent - I'm still waiting for anyone with Hip DVDs to post some reviews - specifically the audio on any of the vhs transfers - mine sound very poor but i haven't seen any posts saying what other people think?

Cool! So there is a DVD of the Tivoli 2002 show? Since I was there I am interested in this one...anyone has a hint for me how to obtain it?

hey bauer, would you be willing to bnp some of those dvd's I am starting my hip collection and have dvd's and vcds of widespread panic, grateful dead, phish, neil young, etc and would LOVE to have some of my fav band from up north

Go for it chris, by the way if you can i wouldnt mind doing a B&P for the August 1 2002 show at the Ampitheatre....I even send you 2 extra dvds just for your trouble
If this is possible leave me a pm in the forums but for sure up that BT file
(I only use top quality Ritek, I don't know what everyone else but Riteks should really be the standard for trading on dvds they are top quality....no data regression towards end of disk)
