I am running XP on both my home and work computers, and I have tried clearing everything.
that absolutely has been happening to me too!!...but it's not just when i go into the non-hip discussion. i also run on XP & have cleared my cookies and deleted temp. internet files. i'm at a total loss as to whatelse i can do.
on a good but confusing note lance, i've talked to people via msn who
aren't having any prob's at all.

so it's now 1pm on saturday nov 25th (pst) - and i'm officially having this problem on multiple computers (mine, work, parents, and gf). and while i'm updating this post, not only am i having to log back on multiple times per visit - posts aren't showing up flagged as new posts (colored orange). i now go through and look for the most current date and time when looking for new things. any thoughts lance on why this is happening????... it's strange for sure.
thanks,
sar

Very Strange, I removed the forum.hipbase.com link, are you still having problems?

The only problem that keeps popping up for me is the yellow flags.
It is not even all the time though.
Just now I read "the hip discussion" - no problem.
Then I read "the getting started" - no problem.
THEN - all of the yellow flags were gone from the other forums, so I had to think about what to read.
I went to a couple differnet sites, and now I just came back to hipbase and on the forum main page it shows yellow flags again at the forum headings - but when I go to those forums there is nothing there.

I'm now having the same issue as Dana. As well, I'll have a bunch of email notices in my inbox so I know there are new posts. I'll come to the site, click on New Posts Since last visit, and it says there aren't any.

And I am still having the problem.
I figured I would give it a couple of weeks - but no luck.

two recent problems i've been having:
in the "last post" column, it no longer displays the thread in which the last post was made, only the poster.
after uploading an image, the image displayed is not the image i uploaded(displays clipping of man flipping the bird), but upon clicking the image it links to the actual image i uploaded.
*no flag problems here

i'm not sure why - but i am still having flag problems. like stated previously - i will be reading in one forum and go to read new posts in another but then none of the new ones will be flagged anymore.
talk about a weird bug in the system.

Click the 'Del' key, that should remove the show. Copy this link
Code: Select all
Concert List
to your profile.
