I am in to "lyric analysis" and live show archives. Out west now, was out east. Can't wait for the upcoming tour, hope the pregnant wife will let me go.

Isn't playoff hockey just the best.
Welcome!

I bought many more tickets than my pregnant wife knows about... we're due June 30, what about you?

She let you near her, with that level of facial hirstureness??

Damn, she's one brave lady!
Still picking up the elderly from the floor, still dealing with the drunks, now wrestling seals and posting it on twitter.. @richardilderton
'Whoops' is not a word the patient wants to hear...apparently

We did a special pre-natal class for twins and the theme was "get help"

Hi guys. Long time Hip fan here. Just registered to see if anyone else had trouble today getting tickets. I managed to eventually.

I have seen the Hip many many times. First time was in December 1991 when they opened for Rush at Maple Leafs Gardens.

Cheers!

Hey, I just signed up and caught your post. Hope ya don't mind but you like the Hip, Hockey, and playing guitar. Sounds like me, except for the Leafs part. Go Canucks. I've had a Fender Strat for about a year and started taking lessons in December. How about you? My Hip buddy and I got tickets for the upcoming Hip show at the Moore in Seattle, 2nd row center stage! I dig your faves and would add KT Tunstall, Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Listening to We Are The Same right now. My name is Gordy, I live in WA state about 60 miles south of Vancouver.

Wow, this must be Hip heaven! My name is Gord and live in Bellingham, WA, which is nice as Vancouver is just north and Seattle just south. Have seen TTH 8 times but the best have been the Showbox and Moore Theater in Seattle, small venues where the band sweats on you! Got hooked on Road Apples in 91' and life became a chase for Hip tickets. Really looking forward to the upcoming show at the Moore in Seattle June 17, see any of you there? Let me know!

Hello all name is Olindo but everyone calls me O.

I have been a Hip fan since the early 90's and went to my first show in 95 while I was underage with a fake id  I was at the LBU show they released back in 97 and was so glad to pick up the tapers pull since the show was never released in full by the band. Last show I went to was in 99. I am originally from Windsor but I live in Nashville but I have always picked up any new cd they have released. Thanks to my wonderful girlfriend and after 10 years of not seeing the band I will be hitting up all 3 nights in Ottawa in Sept so looking forward to that. I am a big fan of music but my other favorite band other than this one which I have seen countless times is the Dave Matthews Band. I have bee fortunate enough to meet both Gord back in 99 and Dave Matthews last summer. My dream concert bill would be to see both the hip and dmb the same night. Looking forward to seeing you all on the boards and as well at the shows in Ottawa.

Hi Everybody!

So I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself really quick. My name is Bob, I'm a Buffalonian who goes to school in Chicago. I've been a fan of the Hip for a while, when I was a kid my dad had a mix tape he's play all the time in the car that featured Bobcaygeon and I would make him play it over and over again. Through my friends and my cousin they got me more and more into them and I was blessed enough to go to my 1st concert the other day here in Chicago (where Gordon was nice enough to give me a nickname that will stick with me for a long, long time). Anyways, I just wanted to say high and hopefully I can be a nice addition to the family here at Hipbase.

All the best,
Bob
