• Hipbase Email Problems

Chris brought to my attention that some of us haven't been receiving emails from the 'base. Chris cannot login because he never received a password change confirmation(thus I am speaking for him), and I, for one, haven't been getting PM notifications for awhile.

I also have not been getting PM notifications for a while. I figured I had just changed my settings late one night and forgot about it.

Very new to the fan club, wondering if I can get some advice about buying pre-sale fanclub tickets online? I'd like to buy for tomorrow morning for the Ottawa show.
Do I just go to the concert listings page, click on the Ottawa show, and will there be a link for the pre-sale tickets?

Any help is good help.

Are we suffering from the same "No Emails" bug again? I haven't received any Hipbase emails in a couple of days.

i think lance was working on some new stuff, i had a signature problem that is now corrected.

Nothing in my spam filters, hipbase.com is whitelisted, etc....

So this issue seems to have returned... I'm not receiving email updates on subscribed threads.
