Looking for dvd's of...

The deluxe edition of Fully Completely DVD...i have the book, the dvd fell out somewhere and i can't find it 
can anyone burn this for me?

somebody made me a copy of Sudbury Dec 5th 2000 a while back and i can't find that either, but i know somebody has this one at least...
anyways i'll pay for the cost of the dvd's and shipping or w/e and of course i am willing to compensate for the time and effort as well, but ya, I would love to have any of these on dvd...i know somebody can at least do the fully completely dvd.
