Anyone ever do a cover for the last show the Hip did in barrie at Molson Park? CD or DVD cover? If someone grabbed a pic or 2 I wouldn't mind trying to put one together for the DVD I have.
cheers,
Jeffro

What! You have the show on video?

How can I get my hands on that? I was at the show and would love to have a copy! I have a couple of pictures to, but I'm not sure if they would be good enough for what you would need them for.

The DVD is available, no titles or menus on the version I have. I will B&P it for the first 3 people who ask.... nicely.
Send me an email at hipboots at rogers. It's dot com. I think that's how Homestar would say it!

Wow! That was fast. Three people have already spoke up asking for the B&P. I will offer a bunch more in the coming weeks.

Actually I can capture a clip of this show into MPEG and post somewhere for hipbasers to see... which part of which song is the question....

How about a clip from Ballroom or Joe. Or even when Gord's talking about the lighting guy. I think all of us would be happy with anything!

Here's a couple of shots of Gordie from the chartattack.com Edgefest site:

And another from the CANOE review site:

Not great, but probably "cover-worthy"...

In this pic - as the caption in the actual Chart magazine said, Gordie kinda looks like Red Forman from That 70's show.

Well
I have completed my own DVD COVER for the Barrie Edgefest show. Not sure if I would win an awrd for this piece... but I am satisfied with it as my first effort. For those who can use it or would like to offer feedback a high resolution version is available... just go here

I am going to place a Bit Torrent of this DVD on "SharingTheGroove.org" unless anyone has an objection.
Additionally, does anyone have source info for the DVD that is circulating?

Mark the video king of the past few tours actually supplied his AUDIO RECORDING of the show to a guy who did the VIDEO FOOTAGE named Craig who lives just north of Toronto.... I have both their emails if you want me to get the actual equipment used ?
