Are there any sites to download live/rare mp3s of the Hip besides the 100th Meridian. I can never get it to work.
Plus, is there somewhere where i can go to figure out how to use SHN's? or what do you call the format that is normally use on 100th Mer.
Thanks.

Don't know of any web sites for mp3s, but keep trying on the ftp sites. THM only allows 5 connections at one time, so be patient. I can usually connect to onegeeksopinion's ftp site on the first try.
SHN stands for Shorten. Search google for the MKW Audio Compression Toolkit. You can use this to convert SHN files into WAV files. Also, I think Foobar2000 may play SHN files as they are.
Many of the files on the ftp sites are .flac files. Search google for the flac decoder (flac frontend). Again, you can use this to decode .flac files to WAV files.
Hope this helps

...also keep in mind that Smart FTP, which seems to be a commonly used program, does not work with THM. You can get in but it looks empty.
I usually manage to access THM within three attempts using Ace FTP, which is free and user-friendly.

Here are a couple of sites to check out:
http://www.etree.org/
http://www.archive.org/about/faqs.php?P ... 5ab7#Audio
And when all else fails, try google.
[sarcasm]It is a pretty popular site, and it's easy to use. Just type what you are searching for into the little box, and hit the "Google Search" button. [/sarcasm]
Good luck, and enjoy!

Search for the topic "Thehundredthmeridain turns 2". I have posted how to get SmartFTP to work. I have found that once it works, I'll never use anything else. Set the Global queue and walk away. Love it!
Cheers!
