Here are the songs, not in order
Started with Yer Not the Ocean
Played everything else from WC except Last Night
Also played:
Twist My Arm
Long Time Running
Little Bones
Fully Completely
So Hard Done By
Yawning or Snarling
Gift Shop
Springtime
Fireworks
Encore
Tiger the Lion
Pretend
Save the Planet
I think that's it...Although it's possible I left something out. Was a great show. Crowd was behaving nicely. Everything went smoothly, except for Gord Sinclair's bass struggling there for a bit. A great experience. I'll let others fill in the details while I rest my back, mercifully.

Well, what can be said, other than the hip ROCKED!
I'd attempt a setlist summary, but I know I'll get it wrong.....Long Time Running was a highlight for sure!
Again, no older-song repeats tonight (from Sunday/Monday), and this time a 3 song encore.
It was great being the first into the Phoenix tonight with SirMatticus, and we had a great conversation while shaking in the cold (Matt, I'm sure you warmed up pretty quickly being front & centre stage).
All in all, a great night!

What a show!
Yawning or Snarling was amazing and such a pleasure to hear. So hard done by was also great, and 3 songs off road apples, little bones, twist my arm, and long time running. Love that they arent repeating stuff beside the new songs.
Tomorrow should be amazing

Good lord. I thought I couldn't get any more depressed living in the States, but with this I've sunk to an even deeper low.
Here are the updated standings...
No US album release until March 2007
No US concerts until Spring 2007
No US access to the Live Downloads
Canada 3
USA 0

I don't know how to quite review that show, that setlist or that xperience !
I still can't believe what they played... so now the band has me "scared" about what I will miss tomorrow night.... like we used to joke about certain songs.... being played again.... after tonight... anything is possible..
Long Time Running was the "goose-bump" front runner tonight... Downie drew even the security people in to the song.....
Pigeon Camera was soo goood Monday but this show was ridiculous..even Fireworks was deadly!

What a set...So we get Grace, too tomorrow! (Fingers crossed)
I'm curious, how'd they pull off Tiger The Lion sans Chris Brown?

What a show once again...I was back by the soundboard tonight after being much closer on Monday, the sound was marginally better back there and the crowd was less crazy. And what a setlist...Yawning, So hard done by, Tiger the lion, Save the Planet and of course LTR....15 odd Hip shows for me and I finally heard LTR....it was definitely 'well worth the wait'!
My only regret is that I didn't buy tickets for Thursday night as well...if anyone has an extra one they want to get rid of let me know!

But seems like a 19 song main set instead of 20, so overall the same # of songs I suppose. ??srb wrote:Well, what can be said, other than the hip ROCKED!

!
I still prefer the set from night 2, only because of Pigeon Cam.
I hope I can cross that off my list after Feb 8.

OMG. I've listened to the Hip since the summer of 2002. I know it was a late start but I've seen 17 shows to date. FINALLY got to hear Tiger The Lion tonight and was blown away. Other than the Horseshoe last week, this has to be the best Hip experience of my life. period.
