Hey Hipbasers,

I'm looking to help somebody out who requested if I had the live B-Sides from The Hip's early singles. I've searched the archive (and will continue to do so) but am still coming up short.

To be more specific what I'm looking for....

Under the "singles" portion of The Hip's discogs page, there is (for example) the Cordelia single. The Cordelia single lists the B-Sides as live versions of Twist My Arm and NOIS. The Courage 12" single lists live versions of Fifty Mission Cap and Pigeon Camera as B-Sides.

Are rips of these singles (plus the others with Live BSides) available anywhere in the archive?

I would love to find these too. I have the Cordelia one. I found it in a cd store in Toronto it cost me like $30.00 back in the 90s lol. I have the day for night singles and courage.

The b-sides on Cordelia are from the Roxy and Elsewhere boot. So, the live version of New O is the Killerwhaletank rant.

Haven’t heard the b-sides on Courage. I assumed they’d be from the same show the Locked b-sides are from (the Horseshoe show released as the bonus disc in the Fully reissue) but it doesn’t appear that way.

As an aside, the only section of my Discogs want list more depressing than the Hip singles I’m trying to get is the Sloan singles I’m trying to get. Ugh, this is an expensive hobby...

the two bsides on the Courage single (50MC and Pigeon) are different from those on the deluxe FC. They are, however, the same as the ones on this promo sampler:

I have mp3's of both the courage single and the DFN sampler I referenced above which I downloaded from a torrent site at some point in the past.
should they be shared here? I can upload if that is cool with the powers-that-be here
